This policy explains what information SHOMMI (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("Shommi", "we", "us") collects when you use our products and website, and how it's used.

1. What we collect

• Your email address, used to sign in and identify your account across all Shommi products.
• Basic account activity needed to run the service — sign-in events, which products you have access to, subscription/trial status, and devices registered to your account.
• Anything you send us directly, such as support emails.

We do not collect or store your payment card details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment provider, Paddle.com, who processes and stores that information under their own privacy policy.

2. How we use it

We use this information only to run the service: signing you in, checking whether your account has access to a product, keeping your license and devices in sync, and responding if you contact support. We do not sell your data to anyone.

3. Where it's stored

Account and product data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. Payment information is stored by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, not by us.

4. Who we share it with

We share the minimum needed with:

• Paddle.com — to process your payment and manage your subscription.
• Amazon Web Services — our hosting provider, which stores data on our behalf.

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties for marketing.

5. Your choices

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, by emailing support@shommi.com.

6. Cookies

We use only the minimum needed to keep you signed in — no advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
