Refund Policy

1. Money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with your first purchase of a Shommi product, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll issue a full refund. After 14 days, subscription payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

2. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals — you'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't refund the unused portion of a period you've already paid for outside the 14-day guarantee above.

3. How refunds are processed

All payments are handled by our payment provider, Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for every purchase. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Paddle, and may take a few business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@shommi.com with the email address you purchased with, and we'll take care of it.
